Following this, Charles served as in-house Tax Counsel for Citizens & Southern Banks, the largest bank in the Southeast. In 1983, he ventured out to establish his own law firm, dedicating the past 41 years to exclusively representing American taxpayers before the Collection and Examination Divisions of the IRS. His career has been marked by a commitment to safeguarding the financial well-being of thousands of taxpayers across the nation.
